Shipping policy
1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all locations within Malaysia and to Singapore only.
2. How much does delivery cost?
Within Peninsular Malaysia, delivery is free for all orders RM110 and above. Below that amount, a fee of RM8 applies for each order.
Within East Malaysia, delivery is free for all orders RM160 and above. Below that amount, a fee of RM20 applies for each order.
For delivery to Singapore, we offer free Next Day delivery for all orders RM200 and above. Below that amount, a fee of RM25 applies for each order.
3. How long does a delivery take?
Once we receive your confirmed order, we will process your order within 3 working days.
Within Malaysia, shipping times are between 3 - 5 working days.
For all other countries, shipping times are between 7 - 10 working days unless your order qualifies for Next Day delivery.
(Note that shipping times could be affected during peak festive periods).
4. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with a unique tracking number. Be sure to fill in a valid, working email address, and to check your email for updates!
5. I did not receive my parcel...
While we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, do contact us if you did not receive your order or if you think your parcel is lost. We will try our best to work with the carrier to locate your parcel.
